Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 lemon, cleaned and the rind rasped
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped
Instructions
Mix the butter and the rest of the ingredients well with a fork. Put it in a cool place for at least an hour to let the flavours mix properly. Use a few strips of the rind as a garnish.
